D3monic's 2015 Glog. Lots of Pods.

I had a great 2014 growing year and can't wait to get started on 2015. Had some issues with overwinters and aphids but I ditched them and nuked the basement. Here is last years Glog link

I just went through and cataloged my current seed list. Built up a bit of a collection over the course of the winter.

Edited seed list to just a drop box file on 1/31/15 CLICK HERE FOR SEED LIST If you have anything on my wanted list feel free to give me a shout.

I will keep this first page updated as I add things to the grow. Many still to get germinated.

Thanks, I'm going to need some 1gal pots soon at the rate they going. I already got lil roots poking out the bottoms of the 3.5" ones.

They already getting flowers should I pinch them off?

I would. It'll help keep them focused on growing roots instead of putting energy into reproduction. They're too young to be making babies. They're just freaked out cuz they're running out of soil.

K, I'll start pinching the mater flowers. Surprised they tossin them already. Esp since that shelf on 24hour...

Had more break the soil today, all 3 7pot burgundy, another pot of aji amarillo and some criolla sella.

Said F it and started soaking all the 7pot seeds I had left. Two pods worth.

Second section from top was the ones I was already trying to germ.

my face n nose burn because I picked the seeds from placenta and forgot to wash my hands. Was scratchin and pickin my nose... I feel it now.

Just a couple quick photos

Moved one my beautiful fidalga roxas to a 1gal pot. I need to pick up some 1 gal square pots so I can start potting up soon

Starting to show signs of potassium deficency and maybe a PH issue. I haven't been checking but between the promix and hydro nutes i'm sure my PH has been low. I bought a bag of garden lime and have adjusted my nutes to account for the deficiency. Hopefully plants begin to bounce back.

Left side is experiencing it the worst.

Top shelf is looking good and will be time to cull some soon

It's starting to feel like spring outside and the snow's finally melting. Supposed to be almost 60 tomorrow. Warm enough to start cleaning up the garden beds and get things ready to till.

Garden area has more snow left than any other location in the yard.

Hopefully get all the vegetation cleared out tomorrow and pull the drip lines back so I can get ready to amend the soil and till. Supposed to be 40-60 all through 10 day forecast with no rain showing so they should dry up enough to get some tilling in and maybe stain the fencing.

I hope to do the same this weekend, but I have a little more snow.  Really have the itch to get out there and get everything ready.  Your plants look good.  How old is that Roxa?

Caribbean red hab

Pineapple ground cherry tomatoes

I think I will start culling tomorrow

Pink  tigers are all looking good

Soon as these bounce back from what ever made them sad i'm going to strip and top those that need it

I like the look of your garden. Way to convert boring suburban lawn into something beautiful and productive! I can't wait to see it all greened up.

It's warmed up here, but started drizzling non-stop.  Still no garden time for me.

A lil drizzle won't hurt nothin lol. Looks like we should stay dry and I might even bring some the seedlings out for some indirect sun a few times this week
