It's ok, I got you guys covered, i'll grow at least two of the plants. Ugh, just spent 2 hours cleaning my reef tank, it's a cesspool of death. I'm about ready to switch it over to planted fresh water tank.

Did some watering today, noticed some deformed leaves, couldn't tell if calcium deficiency or mites. Went ahead and treated it like it was both. Sprayed the plants down good with some azamax other day.

Today with the fert I did a soil drench of azamax and neem to deal with fungus gnats... I hate fungus gnats.

Plants are about ready to cull and separate into additional pots.

I notice on my bonnets some variation in color but I think that is do to my grow light plus the bottom water that I plan to drain out tomorrow as I will be going out of town .
I also have one strange tricot Sb that looks like a pot leaf it tried to put out a true leaf but it ether shriveled up or curled that one has been different form the beginning I think it will grow out of it through

My red moa have a purpleness to them. I think it was from being lazy and scooping water out of my hydro rez that was high in magnesium.

Stopped by menards and picked up some more 3.5" seedling pots and some safer sticky traps for fungus gnats.

Within a few minutes I have my first victim mwhahahahaha

I'm up to 7 gnats on the traps already. Damn it I hate them with a passion. Probably came in on the happy frog soil as my promix didn't have any issues. Hopefully the azamax and neem do the trick with the larvae.

Came home from work this morning and counted 59 of the bastards and a few flying around. Good riddance. Made it a point to much a few of thier faces into the glue. Because, well i'm evil.

I like those sticky traps. I tried using those long twisty fly traps and they suck.

Did some watering today. Plants are ready to be seperated. Will do that some time this week. Sticky traps are doing their job and only spotted one adult gnat flying around while watering.

So Many culls

Flowering already

Kept two of the hot rod serrano x maui purple

Most the plants look a little wonky because they was so over crowded in their pots. Tried to pick the better looking of the bunches

There was plenty of nice ones but I kept the little one because it was the only one that showed hints of purple. It was buried under the others so should look nicer once it's got some light on it for a while

Wow those hot rod Maui plants are going to be huge man lets hope they taste good. I started the hot rod seeds last year February 14 and they were 3ft+ when ready to go outside.

If you have anymore nice culls you should see if you could give them away to someone in your area or put them on CL and sell them $2 a plant, maybe get a nice meal out of them next time

looking forward to the grow.

Keep forgetting to ask and maybe I already did but what LED's are you using?

I believe it was genetix that was going to get some my culls but now he's moving. Last year I gave my dad a bunch but this year I told him he can just come raid the garden or we can swap for some his wax peppers.

The lights are old blackstar 240s but i'm sure there's much better brands on the market now.
