Yep, I got that. I was just trying to say that to get a complete protien for a vegetarian requires combining specific ingredients. The beans were an example. Beans alone are an incomplete protein however when combined with a grain like Rice, the most common, it's a complete protein. So to do beans 2 ways and have a complete protein would mean Beans and Rice AND Beans with another grain for a second complete protein. Speaking of Beans and Rice, watch the DC for some awesome Red Beans and Rice action. Got the In-laws coming in and it's cold enough for Cajun. AaaaaaEEEEeeeeeeee!
