Instead of a themed ingredient throwdown, what about a themed idea throwdown
like make a dish based on your favorite scary movie, or favorite TV show, or even favorite musical artist/band

Simmer down. THP will comment soon enough. My 'sef would like to see a roasted meat i.e. beast, chix, pork or turkey t-down. Steak t-down sounds good too.! Veggie diet or not....I still got game and I'm hip to whatever t-down. Bring us the pain Dano!
