Defcon 3 is the mild sauce...are you sure? Defcon 2 is pretty damn good..... but if you want that heat, just order the 1..... trust me.

***nodding head in agreement with DD***

Thanks for the advice, guys - very appreciated! I am aware of it, but I wanted to try the DC1 for the taste, not the heat. If it needs some extra heat for some occasions I can add it.

I hope it's not super mild!?!? In this case I might rather go for the 2. If I am getting a ggod quote from DCM I'll try them all sooner or later anyway I guess!

Chiliac, I have DefCon 1,2,3, Habby Pony, Habby Horse, and now DM MKII...will eventually get some zero....

3 is very mild...my wife eats it like candy and she can't handle much heat

2 is wonderful but too hot for wife...I love it...

1 is getting to where I have to watch how much I use but one little dollop works great in a bloody mary..

Habby pony is a rather mild horseradish/habanero condiment but has wonderful flavors

Habby Horse is way much hotter than the pony but has the same flavors and is great

DM MKII is not for the faint of heart...I used about 1/4 tsp in 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce Monday night and it was almost too much for me to eat...but I managed.....very tasty, actually delicious...

All the DefCon products I have tasted are absolutely fantastic...

MHO

Hey, thanks a lot for all the detailed info... Maybe I should try 2 instead!? Well, I'll wait for the quote. Shouldn't make much of a difference which one I pick as long as I pick the same size.

Thanks again, that was VERY helpful!

I've had everything except the new product and a Defcon baseball hat.

The Zero will knock your socks off and make you wish you didn't eat it. I keep going back for more hehehe

Well, I am sick and tired of having to take my socks off after a long hard day, so this sauce might be what I am looking for!

Really? Wow, that's beyond expensive... Not your fault, of course, but it sucks. Do you have any european distro? I don't mind waiting for a week or two more ifit saves me money, is there any cheaper alternative? Damn!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :( I'd have loved to try your stuff!!!

We ship out all international orders via USPS EMS because it's trackable. Non-EMS is not trackable, and we've had packages go missing. We don;t currently have any European distributors, but if you have an idea of a place that would like to become one, have them contact us.

I do! I'll contact them right away and hope they'll be interested. All of them have loads of US-sauces on stock.

I hope it'll work out and I'll end up getting my hands on some of your sauces! I'll keep you posted!

Chiliac....better get a percentage off the top....like at least one each of the DefCon sauces as a finders fee.....

If they buy a multitude of sauce, perhaps they can get a better postage deal through Peppers, as they ship out much more international than we do, and carry our products. www.peppers.com

However, they don't have our DM MKII yet.

As I said I would I contacted a UK sauce distributor months ago about stocking your products and a few other sauces but I never even had a 'confirmation' of e-mail back so I'm going to see what others I can e-mail. Anywhere in Europe though is better for me for shipping costs than the US.

*Why do you have to live soooooooooooo far away*

Not a problem. Like I said, a majority of our international shipments go through Peppers. They ship out pallets every week of all different sauces to Europe, and their shipping rates would be much better than our due to their bulk.

No, no, no, why you YOU live so far away. :)

I'll e-mail more places anyway because there are so many American sauces on the UK sites so why not yours. I'm on a mission now. I'll look about on other sites in Europe too. BTW it's you that lives so far away though, we were discovered before you ;)

OH OH OH! I just got my shipping number for my order via email from USPS....

: runs of to their website :

"Your item was processed and left our KEARNY, NJ 07032 facility on March 18, 2008"

YAAAAAAA!!!!!!! Too bad it doesn't have any other info yet....hmmm...I wonder where the package could be at this moment....

: checks mail box :

Nope, not hiding there... :)
