Believe it or not I used to cook nice 'looking' pizzas. OK I used a ready-made base and shoved tomato puree (sorry can't remember how to do the thing above the e, can now, é), a ton of cheese, sweetcorn, chillis, ham, basically anything I literally shoved on.

Like shit! What really makes the pizza..PIZZA..is cheese. You can get away with no sauce and no other toppings but you have to have cheese.

I've had a good deep dish with roasted veggies, but to be honest, yeah, it's not "pizza" it's more of a focaccia.

Derek, I suggest you try your hand at a focaccia.

Actually that does sound good THP.

I have everything but 3 ingredients.

Tomato's & basil leaves, I may have the leaves though.
 
A pizza a mother could love lol, reason i said it like that since it's for my mom & step dad an my nephew, They should be here pretty soon!
