Not sure what everyone else does but when I move a Kratky to dirt I keep it fairly wet and fed for a couple of weeks till the roots become accustomed to the change.
 
Hey DF

Where are you located. Read through your glog briefly and youve taken a bit of a beating. Only asking as you growing NZ spinach and if you local might have a solution to your aphid problem.

Im hoping he will produce lots, got no peppers ripe in those levels, and the three pods on the outside plants still need to ripen.
