hello all

does anyone know what happened to STERLING KAISER(AKA JSKAISER OF KAISER SEED CO)??? i have not heard from him for weeks now and have not seen him on here either for some time now??

does anyone know if he is ok??

the last time i heard from him he was going to an event where he was selling fresh pods he bought from a friend of mine

i emailed him but no reply??

if anyone knows anything let me know

Well I think I've been dooped. Ordered a product from him almost three weeks ago and still haven't received it. Well unless it was sent via snail. I won't be ordering from his company anymore!

I'm in the same boat placed an order two weeks ago, a response to e-mail would be nice. WTF

he's around his status shows he logged in on Oct 31st and he never stopped posting on his facebook page for the last month, for some reason he's ignoring everyone here. so if you ordered from him and havent recieved your stuff it looks like he ripped you off , because he didnt disappear , hes been around and posting other places the whole time.

Checkout his face book page, this asshole never went anywhere, hes been around this whole time

So, when you say he ripped you off, do you mean that you placed an order on his online website, he then processed your credit card and did not follow through with supplying the ordered product?

If this is the case, you can always contact your credit card company to get the transaction reversed; I have only ordered a product online once(not his company) and the transaction went through the full complete sales cycle but I have heard of horror stories and I don't really know what laws exist to protect the consumer and punish company.

Not myself personally, I never ordered from him, but from what others have posted on here it sure as hell looks like thats what happened

He ripped me off around 2 months ago as well. He kept saying that he sent the package and that the post office must have lost it. He then said he sent another package (which I never received) and that the post office lost that as well. I then just asked for my money back as I highly doubted he ever sent me anything. Once I asked for my money back he stopped responding to my messages, even though he had been signing into this site quite often at the time. I then filed a Paypal dispute, and a couple weeks after he refunded me my money.

Seriously, don't buy from this guy! He is a liar and will take your money without question. There are so many other members on this site that are honest and deliver the goods on time for a reasonable price.

I think the PayPal dispute is my next step. I got his name off of the list in the growing forum thinking he was legit, WRONG. At least you got e-mail responses.

removing him from the list is a starting point.

Guess kids today beleive they can hide behind websites, forums, facebook etc., and nobody will know who they are and they are unaccountable and untouchable for anything they do.

I doubt no one from this forum will purchase from him online and any texas members I doubt will purchase his products at local events.

I sent him several boxes of fresh pods over the summer. He always pitched in for the postage and also sent me a few pods and also a nice selection of seeds. The last time we talked (via email) was right before the Houston Hot sauce fest. I sent a box of pods and haven't heard from him since. He doesn't owe me anything. Guess he just moved on. Funny way to run a business though. Easy come, easy go.

I was looking at his FB page and browsed through the Houston Fest photos. There's a fella standing in Kaiser Seeds & Peppers booth holding up a hot sauce. Caption reads " Sterling with Texas Creek Ghost Fire Sauce" (fourth row, fourth pic). Could be SK hisself...dunno.

Now that bottle of sauce sure sounds familiar.... :lol:

So, I guess we take everything back and he is back on the good list.

I kind of like their website business in the fact that it offers a full turnkey solution or appears to and is well laidout. Offers seeds, an effort to provide growing tips, then offers educational advice, then knowing people will get sick of growing their own product offers the pods and plants. Next it offers after market products and shows participating in related events and finally gives guests the ability to add comments. Again, I just think it is nicely laidout.

They claim to be a family business, who knows maybe Papa Kaiser got wind of what might have happened and gave junior a good ol' fashion spanking.

I dont take anything back that I said and no he will never be on my "good" list, you shouldnt have to file complaints and send 100 e-mails to get what you paid for. and remember not everyone got there items some people had to force a complait with paypal in order to get the refund.

I'll never be spending a dime on that website, you cant take peoples money and ignore them for a month and expect to make nice lol these actions just show me that he has no business ethics or customer service, theres plenty of reputable people out their that have the same or better quality stuff anyway.

I have never ordered from him, but have traded with him once. Taking 3 weeks to get something does happen. Hell, it took nearly 3 weeks for a package of seeds I sent to Atlanta to arrive. I can drive there in about 2 hours. :crazy: The inexcusable part is not responding to attempts to find out where a product that has been paid for is and why it is taking so long. That is no way to run a business. I am glad kcso53 got his stuff, but it doesn't excuse the poor customer service. His reputation is trash right now and I personally will never buy anything from him. Too many good companies out there selling the same things.

Just my 2 cents.
