Duane's Pepper Forest 2008

Ciao all-

I have a few photos of Duane's chili pepper growing progress to share.

He started his seeds on 24 February in a 72-cell flat and the seedlings are under lights for 14 hours per day on a timer. He used Pro-mix as his seed-starting soilless mix. He potted up on 6 April into 2" diam x 4" deep 6-packs. He fertilized after he potted up with half strength 10:10:10 Plant Prod.

Ciao all-

Thank you for all the kind words, which I have passed along to Duane. He's very proud of how well his plants are doing. The previous photos were taken on 7 April. I should have made mention of that in the original post.

As of 17 April, this is how his plants have progressed:

Now I've taken photos showing detail of each 6-pack, but all the popsicle stick markers cannot be seen clearly, so once I've matched the 6-packs up with their respective variety names, I'll be posting those as well.

Nice set-up you have there....I also use the deeper plant cells to propgate my seedlings, it really allows for a great root system. Have a great harvest!
