texas blues said:I'm about due. It's been pretty good. The whole key is to balance the whole diet out with a goodly amount of veggies and natural carbs. I eat a lot of omega 3 fish and use good olive oil. I'm also very label conscious and don't eat junk food. Everything in moderation.
Cheers, TB.

But wait...not just any Mac, but the Mac Daddy of all Macs!! This one is a Sharp Cheddar, Roasted Garlic and Sundried Tomato Mac. Here's the ingredient list...
Several roasted garlic cloves
1 Shallot
1/2 stick butter
3 tbs. flour
2/3 qt. heavy cream
Sundried toms to your liking
Mini Penne
Sriracha Rooster Sauce(optional)
Here's a few pics.
First the sauce shown while adding the roasted garlic and sundrieds.
Heres the final after adding the mini penne and tossing together.
I like a little shot of Sriracha Rooster on mine.

If you were smoking then I assume there wasn't much around for munchies. Otherwise your capsaicin addiction has burned out your palate.
