Finally, after 29 months, I reached 11,000 posts

This is my 11,000th post...I will retire for the night after this one and let it sit for a while....maybe 6 hours...:lol:

In those 11, 000 posts, I have asked questions, answered questions, gave advice, accepted advice, post whored, and have had the opportunity to meet a new family and generally had a blast...god bless THP for his insight to create such a wonderful site where the knowledge about all things capsicum is discussed freely and with no ill will. Sharing growing styles and processes has made this the ONLY site I ever visit (other than BoDog and Gmail).

I had been growing peppers 7 or 8 years when I first joined this site but the knowledge I have learned here is beyond my wildest imagination...there are some of the finest pepper growers on this planet as members here and I deeply appreciate ever last one of you....

I have seen members come and go...some just disappeared, some got their panties in a wad over what I consider "petty shit" then left the site of their own free will, and some have been banned permanently for being "assholes"...there is no room for assholes on this site...

IMO, there is no room here for members that are just in it for seeds or to see what they can get for nothing...we are a loving/sharing family and I deeply appreciate that feeling amongst all....

I appreciate you folks putting up with me and my constant rambling...if there is one thing I am good at, I am good at ramblin'.................

Congratulations AJ!!!! When I found THP I had grown a few peppers from the greenhouses, etc, never had started seeds on my own. Basically knew nothing, you made me feel at home, shared seeds and peppers.....this is a good place to be. Thanks for being so encouraging to newbies and sharing with everyone.

We can be 1-11 for all I care as long as we beat that uppity college in yankee Alabama....dang rednecks...
