FIRST Australian NAGA VIPER

Jungles, its a pity they are in soil or I could post some but we aint allowed to post soil or plants that have been grown in soil. Phytophera and other nasties and the fines are huge if they catch you. They fine both ends as well.
 
Well this maybe the first Naga Viper sauce

I made only eight bottles out of half a kilo of vipers and a pinch of garlic and lime had a taste today and it blew me head off.Hope to have a mass tasting at the Clifton Chilli club on the 29th of this month.
 
Nice color Nick, Nice looking sauce. Definately a first I would say. Hows your winter the sauce should help to warm it up a bit. Maybe you should leave the bottles outside for a few days, it might warm up the whole town.
