Are the pubescens peppers good to dehydrate and turn into powder or are the walls of the pepper too thick? Also, are the seeds good to eat just like any other pepper?

I dried mine halved without seeds....saved for this yrs grow.
 
They powder great, but don't overlook making a sauce or stuffing with cream cheese etc.
 
wonderful peppers with multiple uses and not a XXX hot pepper.

I usually freeze or ferment any extra pods. They are extremely juicy, so I personally like to put that to good use.

The black seeds are the Pubescens. Germinate them just like you would any normal pepper seed. They usually take a bit longer to sprout than non Pubes do.

Aji Arnaucho is actually a chinense. It's somewhat similar in flavor to an aji limo, but the pods are much fatter, and change through about 5 different colors, before ending deep red.
