How can i not chill after seeing the dude.
I do want to say, that every day i look at things that i eat. I have to take care of them,sell there off spring and then kill them. Just dont waste any more meat yall. I love it eat it every day but it can be abused and thats not cool. Peace and much love.
 
It wasn't ok to use raw any longer. Honestly, I shouldn't have shared that I tossed it ... but I had mentioned it too many times to not provide closure ... kind of like JHP's chx, actually ... I'd have been like 'Where's that chicken?!" if he didn't posty it up.

It's all good - we don't waste much food here.
 
sicman is real deal farm to table. He realizes people throw bad meat away he just doesn't like it. If taken back to the store, and enough people do the same, maybe they can make adjustments to not have as much waste, meaning, less kills. Use every part of the animal when you can, even if that means returning it. I agree with him on that. We once has a BBQ TD but it was a pork one and he didn't know, and he killed a chicken (or three, don't remember) for the TD. None of that went to waste in his TD style unoffical cooks! sic "the" man!
 
Its all good. Im just pisswed over some a hole on another thread that is trolling me. and i really do respect my animals. Dont get me wrong ill hit one in the head with ahammer if it means my family eating :rofl:  But I put so much time into them that it kills me for them to be wasted. 
 
 
Example: racoon breaks into the coop, kills two chickens by ripping there neck out. They dont even eat the animal they kill it for sport. What a shame. I set traps every night for coons and other predators.

How about a livestock thread in the extreme members board?  I'd love some insight on chicken tractors and Joel Salatin shiz.  Coops?  Average time to market?  Layers versus meat birds?  Chicken me out bra!

No problem. chicken tractors are for city slickers ;)   I sell eggs on a daily basis. fertal and un fertal," i have no idea if any spelling is right,dont judge me,bro."  My glog is kinda wjat you looking for but im going to do something specila for te extreme. It will be uder the cooler thread,whats cooler than dead birds :rofl:   As far as "market" i can give you a better inside on cattle. i own and haul almost every week for others to market. If you want prices check out "Webster catte market Florida"" im sure something will pop up on google.

Not sure what your point is? i own cows,i sell cows ,i broker cows ,i haul cows almost every day of the week . i get called in when local Cowboys have truoble rounding cows,you know why? Because Im a bad ass that will jump into a pen with a bull that likes to kick,dig and charge. What you know?  You cook some cow. Dude unless you are roping and "litterally" holding "cows on the ground, You Sir have no idea what is going on.  I will tell you one thing that is a fact. I have ropped and drawn  a 1600 pound  bull.   What are you fixing to tell me about your experince??  Infact you are only a hour away. Why dont you come up here and help me within the next week do anything that i do before lunch is ready. My treat. Or is this just a trick ?
