hot-sauce Fruit based sauce question

I'm always up for homemade hot sauce.
and I'llhave a rocoto alcoholic ginger beer to....

I get my bottles through plasdene. http://www.plasdene.com.au/ but there is probably some place closer to you. Jars may be cheaper for you... Google is your best bet tofind some thing close. Bent uses another company he'll probably post for you.

Will go do some talk about making good.... "from scratch" ginger beer on beer sire now..... im inspired.

I know where ther is a kitchen suplier close by..... i will try them first for bottles for sauce..

it dosn't have to be ginger I just think it would work well... you ever had disaster bays chilli wine its a desert wine, too sweet and syrupy to hook in to but it tastes like flat ginger beer (but in a good way) and its base is rocoto.
