Everything looks top notch, Jason. Can't wait to see your garden into full swing! Also curious about all the crosses you got up your sleeve
Happy Easter!
Thank you Stefan! It won't be long. Weather is prime. The hardening has begun.
I have a few crosses going and using the PDN pollen when I can. It's viable for sure, resulting in early pods. I have snuck a few more in.

Nice plants and cool snakes!
Thanks Tick. I enjoy having the nonvenomous snakes around. Was cool to see so many at one time.

Nice looking plants Jason!
I like the color of the PDN, now I wish I had started the seeds I have, but I was already over my head..
Usually when I see a snake it's one to fear, but 8 at one time? Cool thing is they control rodents.
Dirt day next week?
Happy Easter!
Thank you Scott. The PDN is a beautiful plant. It's one that keeps the misses happy too. Will let you know how the pods are soon. Should be a few week away, just have to figure out when they are ripe. I have given them a pinch a couple times and they are still quite firm. I will most likely wait till they are mushy overripe to collect seeds.
Started hardening off the first plants. Will move more out soon. I could potentially put plants in the ground this weekend.
Those snakes are not to be feared. They are all tiny bug eaters. A mouse or rat might eat them. We do have rattlers in Ga, but copperheads and water moccasins are mainly what we have to watch out for.
Hope your week is going well.

Nice snakes! Nicer peppers.
Some colleagues of mine prep trenches in Gujurat India. Every morning they would be full of cobras, and one of the workers would have to go into the trenches and remove them. Apparently they hired a couple of local guys who were immune to cobra venom. Good thing, because the villagers were loath to actually hurt the cobras.
When you gonna start moving plants into the ground? Or has it started? Figured you'd be a couple weeks after me, though it looks like I should have waited another week or two! That would put you ideally what next or the weekend after? Gotta do whatcha gotta do.
Can't wait till you have an ocean of pods up there. Keep on growing strong bud! The seeds you gave me are really kicking butt.
Thanks Adam. Glad everything is growing good! I might stick some in the ground this weekend. I have some more tilling and shoveling before I can download. Hoping to get that done this weekend.
I don't mind the little snakes in the yard, but cobras! Forget that! I don't envy Lourens in South Africa with poisonous snakes oh plenty, speaking of cobras.
It won't be long on pods.
See the first ripening pod of the year in the jigsaw thread! Posted the picture there!
Have a great week Adam!
