Dug here, I was eating out at Basil Pizza the other night and they had a range of chilli sauces by Granny Mel's. The guy let us try them and well, I've never been one to write on forums but these sauces are so good that I find myself compelled to tell all. The smoked garlic, jalapeno and anchovy.....drool! And the mango one is hot but sweet and has an amazing array of spices. Heaps better than Byron Chilli Co. Basil put it on our chicken pizza, which rocked! I found her online shop here http://www.grannymels.com/ but will be going to Basil to buy so I don't have to fork out for postage. i reckon a trip to Basil's for a taste test is well worth it. Oh yeah, his pizzas are best in Sydney so grab one of them too. I'm gonna send Granny this link so she can post her ad too.
