I finally got a bike so I can drop some weight like you did. I bought a mountain bike as I would like to ride on trails and not just on the road, but until i get some conditioning on the road i shall stay.

Good morning. Tired as heck. Almost finished the house painting, tilled the garden, shoveled rows, and installed new blinds. Today I'll lay out some drip irrigation. Ran out of paint, so that's a good thang.

Maybe get on the Harley later.
