Good morning everyone. Typical Sunday planned with a few minutes set aside for inside plants. I hope your day goes well. Drive defensively and stay healthy.
Good morning everyone. Sunny and warmer for the week, but the weatherman just squeaked in and said snow on Wednesday. The indoor plants are growing slowly, some with aphids from the soil, but no fungus gnats. Yet.

all this talk of fungus gnats and ive got lots of Fungus growing in with one of my Amaryllis bulbs planters, but no fungus gnats (knock on wood)
Best identification i was able to come up with was; Leucocoprinus birnbaumii
from what i read it seems to be harmless to the plants and very difficult to eradicate anyway.
So it is going to remain and be a colorful addition to the planter, maybe even sprout pretty fruiting bodies each spring

Good morning everyone. It looks to be a nice day ahead, maybe a trip to the community garden to see how the garlic grows. We drove into the mtns. yesterday and saw plenty of elk lounging on people's lawns. They are getting so domesticated.

lots of bunnys hopping around the yard this morning
Almost all of the snow from the last storm here has melted, just a little bit in the shady spots left
predicted high of 62F/17C here this afternoon so hopefully the rest of whats left will melt today.

and be excellent to each otherGood morning everyone. I am bringing a friend to the doctors this afternoon, giving me time to finish the transplants. First is oatmeal and blueberries, with coffee not far behind. If theres time, I hope to check on a weed that has invaded my space, coming from my neighbors garden. Dont know the name, but it is quite invasive, growing by runners.
