off-topic Good Mornin' Thread - For those that get up really early and post

Good morning. It's bright and 19F, on its way to 44F. Calling for sunshine this afternoon. That's good, because it's awfully chilly out there right now. Did the grocery thing for Christmas dinner yesterday. Wasn't too bad. Picked up a beef rib roast for $5.99 a pound. Great price, but limit was one. Bummer. I'll slice that bad boy into some very nice bone-in ribeyes. We also scored a free 13lb, spiral-sliced ham because of store "points"? Dunno, but since we decided on ham for Xmas, it worked out great. Not sure what's going on today, but I'm pretty sure it will be inside. Good on ya Chuck, for thinking 34F is pretty warm. Not me lol. Hope everybody has a terrific Thursday. Good morning. It's sunny and 21F, on its way to 47F. Calling for it to be mostly cloudy all day. Looked out the window yesterday and noticed one of the tires I just had mounted on the old truck is almost flat. Hmmf. Might try to run it back up to the tire place today to see what's up with that. Not much else going on (that I know of lol). Hope everybody has a fantastic Friday. Be safe out there and stay warm.
 
Good morning. 34-54F and sunny. Waiting for the temps to drop soon. Yearly vet check up for the cat, grocery shopping for whatever we forgot the other day. Hubby drove to the airport to pick up the vacationers and got home around 2AM. Not much traffic.

Good morning. It's cloudy and 22F, on its way to 48F. Calling for cloudy all day. Blah kinda day. Got the tire fixed yesterday. Bad valve stem. Come to find out, they don't replace the valve stems unless you buy the tires from them. Who knew? Not me. I would have told them to replace the 20+ year old stems while they were at it. Live and learn. Not sure what's on the agenda for today, beyond just miscellaneous stuff around the house. Hope everybody has a super Saturday. Good morning and happy Saturday. It's 46F on its way to 60F. Foggy with light showers. The Christmas party is over and our kids/friends have gone home. We've still got the grandkids here as they wanted to spend the night. Grandma and I got some nice swag gifts of our favorite CFB team. Today will be a futbol/football day for me. Grandma and grand-daughter have somewhere to go later on (I wasn't paying attention where). Once they leave, I'll start the clean-up. Leftover BBQ is on the menu for the next couple of days. The slabs, sausage and turkey turned out great. The brisket was good but not great. Beverages later on. Be safe and be good.
 
Good morning. 32-51F, cloudy with rain/snow tonight. Nice to hear Harry’s holiday celebration was a hit. No more stress. Today for us hasn’t been planned, a nice day to fidget around to see what needs to be put away. Tomorrow will be cooking, baking with a busy kitchen.

Wife, I and a buddy are going to the Green Swamp for a bike ride. Chilling the rest of the day. We had our xmas feast last night, PInt of Ice cream. Was supposed to be for tomorrow but we slipped,lol. Looks like after today we are going to have rain for a couple days. Have a great day and good morning.
 
Happy Christmas Eve Day. Good morning. It's 55F on its way to 60F. It's absolutely pouring outside. Today, we're supposed to set the rain records for this date. Looks like rain through tomorrow ..... then snow. Our granddaughter is here and she and grandma have movies to watch. I'll be watching football. Still feasting on leftover BBQ. Beverages later on. Good morning. Another blanket of snow with possible ice underneath. It’s 25, with doubts it will get much warmer. Luckily we have projects that will warm the kitchen. Not feeling too chipper this AM, maybe I need more sleep before tomorrow’s stresses.

Merry Christmas morning. It's 33F (1C) on its way to 36F (2C). Cold, windy and a wintry mix is coming down. Looks like we got ~1.5" of rain in the past 24 hours. All our visitors have gone home and we've cleaned up the house. It's just grandma and me today. She wants a fire in the fireplace. I'll do that in a few minutes. We'll watch some football at noon. Mac-n-Cheese w/sausage and beverages later on. Hope everyone has a great day! Be safe and be good.
 
Ho-Ho-Ho and Merry Christmas everyone! It's foggy as heck and 31F, on its way to 52F. No white Christmas here this year. Today we'll be cooking, then taking dinner to Mom/brother's later on.
