Good Morning all........its a very unstable weather pattern these last few days till sunday,oppressive humidity/thunderstorms/lightning  popping up here & there,temps in the 90'..feels like 110...will see improvement come monday.
It could be worse so we deal with it..what are the options

Been trying to loose some weight. I'm doing 1200 calories and 90grams of protein a day, for the past week. Haven't lost anything. Been working in the yard and walking. I actually gained weight. WTF! I should be dropping pounds.

Oh well. It could be worse.

Sic,I admire your stamina.People don't realize the time and care taken in picking sorting and shipping a box of pods/I have to change my schedule so I don,t push everything into SundayMe having an early bedtime because either I am burning candles for light or I have a 10 a day factory to get to.Makes pushing the 10 pm newscast hard on an oldtimer.
