Good morning. It's foggy, dark, gloomy and raining this morning. Currently 54F on its way to 57F. Calling for rain all day today - up to 4". We need rain, but not that much. Second jelly set fine, woo-hoo! WM wasn't nearly as crowded as I thought it would be yesterday. Even returned a few Black Friday items and there was NO line. Today, nothing special planned. Probably work on seed inventory and watch some NFL. Hope everybody has a peaceful and restful Sunday. Be safe out there and don't forget the umbrella!
 
Good morning. 7” of snow is slowly melting, just not warm enough even with the sun. It was 12F last night, I wore socks to bed. Nice visit with the family yesterday at lunch. We’ll be in the mountains for Christmas so most of the plans were made yesterday. Football and chilling today.

Went to mycology advance coarse yesterday. Met a sweet old lady that was teaching the class. Very knowledgeable and passionate.

Did some Christmas shopping for my son.

Santa never brings me what I want so I stopped by a friends gun shop and she hooked me up with 2 AK-47’s and a Sears and Roebuck double barrel shotgun. One less stop for Santa. Helping the environment. Reindeers and Elves produce methane.

Morning all - the dreaded Monday is here with rain, high winds and darkness
Another day on the sofa for me, although fingers crossed I get called out to do an adoption I've been working on for a few days.
We're planning our Christmas cocktail and canape list which always sounds posher than it is - Bag of crisps and g&t :lol: You never know we might get posh this year.
Have a good Monday - keep warm, dry, calm and smile - you know the routine :D
 
Good morning. It's 29F (-2C) on its way to 53F (12C). It's dry here and the prospects for any precipitation (in any form) are slim for the next couple of weeks. Tinky ..... I like the idea of a cocktail list and a G&T sounds great! Haven't had one in years. Maybe I'll come up with a list. I might do some office work this morning (or maybe not) and then who knows? Spaghetti carbonara and salad this evening. Be safe and be good.
 
Good morning. It's cloudy and 37F, on its way to 44F. Looks like it's supposed to be dry here for a while as well. Got about an inch of rain yesterday. About 500' higher up the hill, I can see the ridge got a light dusting of snow. Not down here though. Didn't do much yesterday, so I gotta find something for today. Maybe work on getting the seed-starting area cleaned up and ready for the next round. Won't be long now. Hope everybody has a marvelous Monday. Stay safe out there and get those presents bought!
 
Good morning. 32-48F with white lawn covers slowly melting. Looks like a busy day ahead including an annual dr. physical, making cookies for an exchange, and a late trip to the airport. Busy week coming up. Tink, your parties sound all too familiar, but enjoy them with friends.

Have 8 lawns to cut and a small job that I couldnt get yesterday. Stopped by the house to unload some branches and get some tools and there was a bull breaking my fence to get to a heifer. It appears to be taken care of, he left on his own so probably have a free cow next year? another cold start to the day 48 on its way to 70. Have a great day and good morning.
 
Good morning. The sun hasn't crested the ridge yet, but there's a heavy frost and it's 16F, on its way to 50F. Hurry up sun, lol. Should be a nice day this afternoon. I hope you have good weather today Catherine, so you can go out and celebrate your birthday in style.:bday: ! Not much planned for the day. Probably start getting the house in order for the holidays. Good morning. It's 28F on its way to 45F. Cloudy. Happy Birthday to Catherinew! Absolutely nothing on today's agenda. Probably just do some chores. My wife is getting the house and menu in order for the holidays. I've got hundreds of seed envelopes to sort through and refile. My seed cabinets are in total disarray. I've also got a couple of hours work in the seedling room to get it in order. Leftover pasta this evening. Beverages later on. Be safe and be good.
 
Good morning. Thanks for the birthday wishes, Downriver and Harry. It will be a busy day with 2 meetings, cookie exchange, funeral, luncheon (not birthday), and another birthday dinner. Food everywhere. I’m already exhausted from yesterday.

Good morning, 27-37F brrr. Wintry weather for a few days. Thanks for the birthday wishes, Sic. It’s back to a less hectic schedule for awhile. Coffee group, grocery shopping, and who knows what. I have so many cookies from the exchange so I’ll pass them out at coffee.
