off-topic Good Mornin' Thread - For those that get up really early and post

Good morning. Still got 25mim on my end.

Happy 4th of July! Nothing going on here today.

Knee is sore and painful. Doc says he’s happy although I am not. They did dry needling the other day. They jam needles into the joints and deep into the muscles. Some actually touch the femur. Then they hook up electricity and zap you for 30min. Just to give you a visual. lol
Slow progress.

Relief is right around the corner Chuck. Didn't go mow yesterday as I've never not worked on the 4th. Figured I'm the boss I'll play hooky. Should have worked. Got to go mow 2 this morning that are around the corner. Will have blades spinning st 750. Saving a empty lot for tomorrow that is across town. We ordered the farewell Ozzy show that starts at 10 this morning. So today will be chilling and watching lots of awesome bands. Have a great day and good morning.
 
Good morning. It's sunny and 66F, on its way to 89F. Calling for mostly sunny and humid. Got one of those last two rows planted yesterday. Hope to plant the last one today. Need to cut grass as well. Always something to do. Harry, have a great time and fill the boat! Hope everybody has a super Saturday. Be safe out there and respect the heat.
 
Good morning. 60-87F, hot and dry. Busy evening yesterday as it was cooler. Hubby dug the elephant garlic that was almost past prime, but we’ll get some good stuff after it dries. CG to water and finish digging that garlic. Glad to hear you’re almost done planting, DR. That wet garden will be an accomplishment when it’s done. When the garlic is all bundles and hung, I’m going to rest for a few days, then get some bush beans in.

Good morning. It's sunny and 66F, on its way to 88F. Calling for plenty of sunshine. Got more things done in the garden yesterday. Prepped 3 raised beds for planting, maybe today. Cut most of the grass yesterday. Still need to cut the hill and do the trim work. Always something to do, ha. Hope everybody has a peaceful and restful Sunday. Be safe out there and enjoy your day.
 
Good morning. It's sunny and 70F, on its way to 90F. Calling for humid, with a mix of sun and clouds. A few showers possible this morning, with a thunderstorm in spots this afternoon. Had a bbq event committee meeting yesterday. Who knew, lol? I totally forgot. The meeting was outside, at the community park where the event will be held. Boy, it was sweltering hot - not even a breeze. And this event is in mid-August. I'm sure there will be more of the same brutal heat then. That'll be fun, ha. Anyway, plan on doing something in the garden today. Don't know how much, with this heat. Hope everybody has a marvelous Monday. Be safe out there and respect the heat!
 
Good morning. Nothing planned today. Got 4 ours slept the night before last and about 5 off and on last night. Knee gives me pain at night when laying down on my side. Oh well. Have to get use to it. I did manage to plant my container garden the other day. In ground plants are dead. Planted to late because of the knee surgery. I should just stick to what I know and do containers. Leave the ground for the garlic next year.

Good morning. 62-95F, a great day to water and weed. The flowers are unruly with larkspur - pretty plant but way too many seeds have found a place where they’re not wanted. Same with columbine. But the bees have enjoyed them, now it’s time to remove the plants before too many seeds fall.

Good morning. It's sunny and 81F, on its way to 88F. Calling for humid, with a mix of sun and clouds. The usual chance of a few showers and a thunderstorm this afternoon, just like the one that came through yesterday and dumped 0.53" of rain. Didn't get anything done in the garden. Maybe we'll have better luck today. At least the plants got watered, ha. Hope everybody has a terrific Tuesday. Be safe out there and enjoy your day.

Good morning. It's cloudy and 71F, on its way to 88F. Same old forecast - humid, partly sunny then cloudy, with showers and a thunderstorm this afternoon. Received another 1.15" of rain yesterday afternoon. All this rain is good for the garden, I just wish it was planted, ha. Miscellaneous futzing this morning, then a Dr's appointment this afternoon.
