I'm thinking I might do a glog this time around ...

I'm really good about photodoc'ing, but a little lax w/ posting ...

New arrivals from CCN soaking up the negative ions and perking up after their trip down the Eastern Coast ...

"Also, shows that it was dried nicely, not dehydrator"

You can dry in the dehydrator and still have viable seeds
and beautifully colored pods/powder if you keep the temp
at 105˚F max.

Yeah, Michael, the temp settings are very handy, to say the least!

It's nice to have control over the heat.  It does take quite a bit
longer sat 105˚, however, so there are definitely trade-offs.

Thanks for this, any advice on how long they should go in for?  Thinking of keeping a few seeds from this year for next spring.

I leave them in until they are dry and crackle when pinched.

It takes 2 - 3 days in our climate, but in warmer regions, or
when the weather is warmer and dryer, it goes faster.

Good luck harvesting some great seed for next year.

Helluva list you PM'd ... looking forward to Google'ing them all later on this evening!

None of them are in the superhot range I wouldn't think. I figured you have enough of those kinds. Was shooting for things I thought you might like to cook with without making it enedible for the wifey.

Here's a review of the carbonero.. i'm not a fan of bishop brads reviews but he's one the only one's i've seen review it.

Been tough sledding this week ...

Lots of crap at work, crappy work, and crappy working (succumb to much distraction trying to mainline beer brewing on the smallz real quick) ...

Oh, all the while very little sleep ...
