I'm a new comer to this forum. I'm in Oakland California. I am a chilihead and don't regret it. The family thinks I need help, but I think I'll be OK. Actually tomorrow I will be using the last of my crop to make a hodge-podge sauce, then on Saturday I'll be stuffing and baking 15 orange rocoto/manzano chilis that I just picked yesterday

I'd never thought to stuff the rocoto....That's a pretty cool idea....

We have a poppers thread in "All foods" I think? It has some good ideas for stuffing. So add your comments and experience...

My family thinks I need help to but I keep telling then that my drinking is nessicry for it stops the voices in my head. :shocked: :lol:
