Greetings from Matlacha

Hello everyone. My name is Carrie and I'm originally from Ohio, but live in SW Florida now. It has only been recently that I have become interested in hot peppers. I remember a time I thought Jalepeno's were hot!! But now, I am proud to say I have tried many hot peppers, including Fatali's, White Bullet Habanero's, Scotch Bonnet's...just to name a few!
I have never been much of a greenthumb, but have been learning a lot. I am going to begin germination on a group of seeds this weekend, so I will be able to post my progress from start to finish. I have had a hand in starting some plants, but these will be my first on my own!I never thought I'd be so excited to watch my seeds grow:)
I look forward to learning much more.

Happy Growing

Welcome from Lake Constance, Germany!

Matlacha is in the Fort Myers area? I have been in Fort Myers, on Sanibel Island and Marco Island and a few times in Sarasota. You chose one of the nicest areas to live! And perfect for growing peppers.

Welcome from South Carolina! I don't know which part is more exciting, waiting for the seeds to sprout or the pods to ripen. The anticipation gets me everytime.
