David newbie here keen camp oven and Chilli cook from down Under.
Have large collection of camp ovens - Lodge, Cabela's, Camp Chef, Australian Vintage, Australian Billmans and South African Potjie Pots.
Also keen BBQ cook with a Weber Performer, Weber Q 300, a Big Steel Keg and an OZPIG.
But like my Chilli!
Have stocks in the pantry of - Morton's Chili Blend Amarillo TX, SuckleBusters Texas Chili Seasoning Coppell TX, AlbuKirky BBQ Rub NM.
Also some Aussie Chilli sauces from Byron Bay Chilli Co, just love their "Smokin' Mango Chilli sauce with Chipotles". They won a Scovie award more than once and can be found on amazon.com
