OK guys, I finally got my Throwdown 2017 karma straightened out, remembered to send ColdSmoke my small contribution as homage to his superiorness and all-time champeen at growing Aji Lemon Drop.
 
I also notice his crown is missing....Can someone remedy that?

Yep, you could. I think there were like 4-5 pods on the table after deseeding, so just threw them into peoples boxes. Eat the flesh though and tell me what you think or post it in the Sri Lanka gd thread! 
 
Also, as for the Aji Lemon Drop sauce, well...I just did the tried and true, lacto ferment, then pasteurized with a mire poix of root veggies and vinegar. It came out as well as I think any Aji Lemon Drop could...not my favorite but very interested in hearing what you guys have to say. hahaha I want flavor notes and profiles...
