365+192=557 grams. Picked alot of green ones on accident. Sure is a fragile thing if you arent careful!

Here's a look at the inside:
Â
Â
It was very hot. I could only manage to try two small pieces. Then I was headed for the fridge to get some milk.Â
Â
Unfortunately, for my part, I wasn't a big fan of the flavor. I could definitely detect a taste similar to many other Chinense peppers. But after that, the flavor just left me flat. I'd much prefer the flavor of the Scotch Bonnet, or several other Chinenses.
Â
I'll save some seeds. But since it doesn't have the desired white color, and since I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor, I doubt I'll grow it again next year. The regular GDTD Sri Lankan Chili Red will definitely end up in next year's grow. But, I'm a little cool on this pheno.
I have some seeds I can send you from the correct pheno or if you'd like seeds from the off pheno in the picture, I have some drying in the garage but they're not ready yet. My dehydrator is a little on the warm side so not sure how viable those seeds will be. What part of southern CA are you in?Mr.joe said:Very cool, you did well on that one. Makes me wanna grow one.
What temp should the dehydrator be set at to get viable seeds after dehydrating?Edmick said:I have some seeds I can send you from the correct pheno or if you'd like seeds from the off pheno in the picture, I have some drying in the garage but they're not ready yet. I have no clue to be honest. I've seen other threads mention it but I can't remember what was stated. My dehydrator is a cheapy walmart one and doesn't have temperature control. I'll probably pull some seeds from them just to see what happens though.Sinn said:What temp should the dehydrator be set at to get viable seeds after dehydrating?

I may take you up on a few seeds, no promise how great mine will do. I won't need any until January or so. I'm in San bernadino county.Edmick said:I have some seeds I can send you from the correct pheno or if you'd like seeds from the off pheno in the picture, I have some drying in the garage but they're not ready yet. One of my plants is kicking out these little guys too.Â
Hot as Hades..Â
This is just the F1 though, right? F2 is where it's at! I'd save a bunch of seeds anyway. There could be gold in the next generation.Pepper-Guru said:Â
