I have been messing around with the idea of using some of my peppers to make my own sauce, but haven't had the time. My girlfriend decided she would par take in this event, without my knowledge, while I spent my Saturday night at work.
ON the left is Strawberry-Pineapple Hab sauce, with a great taste and then it sneaks up on you.
Next to it is a Peach Hab sauce that is just pure evil. It was the last one she made and left me ffeling like I ate a fresh hab, and tastes like it too.
The single jar in the middle is Pineapple hab sauce that is perfect, since one jar has been used already on chicken.
The dark colored one is mango-pineapple hab sauce that will now be my replacement for anything that most would normally use ketchup on.
And the last one on the right is pickled hab garlic. Gotta wait on this for a few weeks to try it out.
And to top it all off, she doesn't remember the ingredients in each sauce since she drank a case of beer during this process. The sauces seem to be a little hotter towards the end of her cooking.
