harvesting Harvest time in Rocky Mountains

Snow is in forcast for milehigh city. Here is my harvest pictues. Most of my peppers are grown in 5 gallon buckets. I grew around 25 peppers. It produced around 30-40 pounds of peppers.

I am very happy with the harvest. Now I am trying to find a way to use all of these plants including, bunch of tomatoes.
Considering, I have a very small garden. I think the chillies will last all year.
