Random observation:
You know you're a Chilehead when 1/2 of your fridge contains something hot...and you don't own any milk.
Discovered that while making a dipping sauce for eggrolls.
Ended up using like 7 diff. kinds of hot stuff..including Wasabi powder, soy sauce, juice from a jar of pickled Bhuts, sambal olek, sriracha, hoisin sauce, Afterburner Sauce, garlic pickled w/ Bhuts, and pickled ginger.
Heheh, I guess the soy sauce/hosin sauce were the only non-spicy things in it..hehehe.
I do buy half & half for coffee, but never buy milk. Funny, that.
