How is everyone? As the topic title states I'm from PA, and have become a real big fan of hot peppers in the last couple of years. This is the first year I'm trying to grow my own, and so far it's pretty successful. The problem is what to do with 'em all. I'm thinking of making some hot sauces, salsas, some poppers, and drying some out. I'll search the forum for your favorite recipes, but any site suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
