Newbie here looking forward to finding out about hot stuff from around the world! It looks like there are mostly growers/producers here, so I hope I'm not out of place. I'm just a consumer... and consume I do!
From a small town in the midwest originally, enjoying the many options of hot cuisine from around the world available here in Northern California.
Most interested in finding out about truly flavorful hot sauces. Can't get enough of El Yucateco's XXXtra Hot Sauce ("Salsa Kutbil-Ik de Chile Habanero") since I found it recently at a Mexican grocer! Who knows, maybe someday I'll make my own. But that'll be a long time coming.
