Hey guys, my name is Johnny McLaughlin and I own Heartbreaking Dawns. I started the company about a year and a half ago, mainly doing festivals and markets and working on recipes and getting the name out there. I make hot sauce, salsa and dry rubs. After the time so far, I recently manufactured my three main hot sauces and launced our website, www.heartbreakingdawns.com Right now the site has the three sauces, two t-shirts and s blog for recipes and review, events etc. I am hoping to add three of my dry rubs in the spring and three salsas in the summer....
My sauces right now are Mango Habanero, Jalapeno Pineapple and a Classic Gold Habanero that uses a tomato and brown sugar base. I am looking forward to sharing recipes, information, suggestions and all of the fun that comes along with firey foods....
