Didn't we test and disprove the seed soaking method, or maybe that was another forum?
The bleach is likely to destroy any possible nasties like fungii, but you can use chlorinated water as well, or thiram, but personally I wouldn't worry about it.

I wasn't trying to be rude. There were a lot of people who joined while I was away with a broken foot. Well, it's still broken, but doesn't hurt anymore.
