Hey, I'm Jeff

So I've been lurking for a couple of days, and decided to join up just now. It looks like a great community of like-minded-if-somewhat-twisted chile growers and users.

I've had a lot better luck with my Capsicums than with tomatoes for the past few seasons. For some reason, the rats leave my chiles alone. Anyways I have three plants I'm overwintering: Ají Charapita (from a pod smuggled back from the Amazon last summer), Tabasco, and Chiltepin. I've got four packs of new seeds to start for next season: Fish Pepper, Cabeza de Lagarto, and Mystery mix from Rainbow Seeds, and some seed collected from some particularly good Anaheims grown by a friend.

Cheers, all.

thanks for all the welcome messages! forecast for tonight is mild, but it was 47°F and dropping, so I decided to bring the baby indoors for the first time.
