Hello fellow hot heads! I already made my first post on this forum this past week, and I forgot to introduce myself. I live in NH and this past summer got hooked on hot peppers. Jalapenos got me started and serranos, I started making jalapeno hot sauces and just made my first jalapeno hot sauce I got off of pepper joes website, which is delicious.
I hope to learn a lot from this website on sauce making, powder making, and all the other good things you can do with peppers. I also got my first seeds of some various peppers I want to grow this coming spring, very excited about that.
