How'd the hot sauce come out? I've got two each of Jalapeno and Orange Habanero chiles growing and will be making sauce later when they get ripe. I'm planning on letting most of the Jalapenos get red-ripe and then smoke drying them into Chipotles for sauce making. Cheers
