My own personal philosophy is- each person should eat to the heat level at which they enjoy. Some are tame, some are wild, to each their own and ENJOY what you eat!

Tehehehe SD you are funny. Don't think I am up to fataliis to even think about.

However I made Brownies with cayenne today and they turned out pretty good. I am proud of myself. Nothing real exciting I know I just mixed about 1 1/2 teaspoons of cayenne powder into brownie batter and sprinkled a little more on top. Kinda a bitter sweet spicy taste.

I have been reading all the different posts on here have learned alot and laughed even more :)
 
I'll tell you what goes awesome with chocolate.
from any grocery store... Dried Pasilla's, and dried New Mexico's. 1 to 1 blend any amount, any chocolate.

Good job doing Cayenne!
They aint no slouches!

Thinking about baby names? how-bout Butch-T? or Datil? Big Jim?
