i was submitting for a refund one by one as the plants turned out to be phonies ... this last time they just credited the rest of the order on their own, probably so as not to have to read the love letters i entered into the amazon filing each time ... so lame.
Good to hear that. Maybe I should buy plants. Get crappy stuff. Complain. And get money back. Just so they get more like that and amazon can take them off.
