Flour, Butter, Honey (makes it soft), ring of fire peppers.
Let sit for three days so the whole flour soaked up the moisture from the honey.

Almond Chocolate Ring of Fire Brittle.
 
Fried in butter then added honey. Once poured in pan added pure cocoa paste to melt and cover the top.

Recipes, cant elaborate more on the brittle, just use enough honey to cover the nuts, cook in pan (cast iron I used)  till honey dark golden and thickened up.
 
The shortbread I just used old fashioned basic I found on the net, flour/butter/sugar, in this case honey, using honey one has to let the mixture sit for three days so the flour soaks up the moisture for whole grain, guess crap white flour will be different. cooked 300f for 35min.
In the pics you can see the mix was wet then the second pic shows it thickened up from absorbing the moisture.
Yup supper yummy.
 
 

• 2 cups (256g) all-purpose flour
• 1 cup (115g) powdered sugar (or honey)
• 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 cup (227g) unsalted butter
