I missed this yesterday. I actually have some freeze dried raspberries I can play around with. Not sure how this might work; the cooking process cooks all the water out of the ingredients. I must be going blind, missed this one, too. If I undercook a batch by just a very few degrees, the result is soft and very spreadable.
