Hot Sauce as Xmas Gifts

It's my first year making hot sauce, and I've decided to give them as presents. I sourced 50 8oz glass sauce online online pretty cheap.

This is my red hot sauce: red long chillies, garlic, ginger, cardamom, and salt. Fermented in brine for 5 weeks. Mixed with cider vinegar, lemon, and red bell pepper.

I'm also making a hot scotch mango bonnet sauce (pics to follow).

Bottles-

good looking sauces, WestP~.  You will have fun at the holidays.  Print up some fun labels with the ingredients, nice ribbon, Win!
Already got them designed. They will be presented in these homemade boxes, and with the other items on the list - pickle, chutney, jam and salt.

Nice. I've been making hot sauce based on safety tutorials here for about 10 years but never sell it (too much regulation, costs, etc.). So, I give out a lot for gifts to neighbors, friends, co-workers ... no one has ever gotten sick. Sometimes I get an email from an old friend saying, "Yeah, I'm still using that sauce from 4 years ago."   To which I reply, "Throw it out now, I'll send you a fresh batch." I do date my labels and say to pitch after a year, but it's nice to know they held up that long. So, that's one thing you might want to add to the label.

That looks like a wonderful gift pack.  Your friends and family are in for a real treat.
