Just wondering if anyone could help me with names of hot sauce competitions that are running. I know of the scovie awards and the hot pepper one here what other ones are there?

I think you Aussies need to come up with your own competition. Hell from what I have heard, some of the best AND hottest sauces come from there. I would think it would be quite an honor to be the Australian award winner.

I think that is a great idea! What do you reckon Scorpion? We should start one up!
I have just made a Bhut BBQ sauce that I am going to commercialise. It is really hot but all the flavour comes through first! YUM!

Yeah spot on Candice i rekon thats the go for sure ....We should get it happening some how in the next few months. ive got a good list of judges thnat we can use from various areas of proffesion. Cooks, chilli heads resturaunt people and so on so its certainly do able! Lets talk about it more a few others have shown interest also.
 
What about stoners chilli, ooo wait, that shit is illegal. IE goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood.
