For a little extra flavor, I always splash some Worcestershire sauce on the burgers when I grill them. Also generic BBQ rub adds to the flavor nicely.

You guys and all this burger talk have me so hungry for a good burger that I had to make some today. I will be making a seasoned 85-15 ground sirloin with a variety of toppings and cheeses. Look for it in the Drunken Chef.
