how hot is a "long hot"

what I found on my google search says around 1000. Long-Hot's are the dried pepper flakes you find at any pizza place, pretty tame stuff.

edit- I do recall eating some fresh longhots that I would estimate are hotter, but any pepper that you can find 'stuffed' recipe's for is pretty tame.

I think the heat is around a pepperoncini, those peppers they put in salads.
