Long-Hot's are the dried pepper flakes you find at any pizza place, pretty tame stuff. edit- I do recall eating some fresh longhots that I would estimate are hotter, but any pepper that you can find 'stuffed' recipe's for is pretty tame.

willard3 Jan 20, 2009 #3 Hot enough to be careful if he's not a chile head. The heat varies in ones I've had.
