Weird I have never seen a bhut look like that before?? The lobes at the top make it more akin to a 7pot/pod variety then a bhut jolokia. If you don't mind me asking are the other pods showing lobes like that??
Some r but not as defined , thinks its crossed with a scorp of its just the weather has muffed it but in a good way

Definitely a cross if it is meant to be a Bhut Jolokia I would think simply based on the lobed shape. Cool cross none the less

I brought it as a Rocoto Manzano Orange but I have had only one fruit turn out the Apple shape.
More the Rocoto shape than the Manzano shape. It reminds me of a Rocoto Peron(red) I grew a while back.
