I've been growing hot peppers off and on since I was a youngin on my folks’ ranch in Northern California.
I currently reside on a few acres just south of Omaha, Nebraska,
This year I planted ten Jalapenos, ten Habaneros, and a couple of Serranos. The Jalapenos, however, turned out to be mismarked Poblanos so I had to put in more Jalapenos later.
I am interested in smoking and drying peppers. I just purchased an 80L dehydrator which has worked great for Anchoing the Poblanos. This weekend I am planning on doing a batch of Habaneros.
Since I finally purchased a roto-tiller I plan on expanding my little garden next year to accommodate a wider variety of hotties.
